AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING AND DELETING CERTAIN
SECTIONS OF AUBURN CODIFIED CITY ORDINANCES 10 36 290, 10 36 300,
10 36 370 AND 10 36 380, PERTAINING TO PARKING AREAS WITHIN THE
CITY OF AUBURN
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS
Section 1 There is herewith added to Auburn Codified City Ordinance No
10 36 290, Prohibited Parking Areas - Northeast Auburn, the following
"Third Street Northeast both sides beginning at the
intersecting centerline of North Division Street east
to the west curb line of Auburn Avenue "
Section 2 There is ,herewith deleted the following items of Auburn Codified
City Ordinance No 10 36 300, Prohibited Parking Areas - Northwest Auburn
"3rd Street Northwest, north side between the east curb
line and "C" Street Northwest and the west Burlington
Northern Railway right-of-way line
3rd Street Northwest, south side from the east curb line
of "A" Street Northwest to the west curb line of Division
Street
3rd Street Northwest, both sides between the west curb
line of "C" Street Northwest and the east curb line of
"D" Street Northwest "
Section 3 There is herewith added to Auburn Codified City Ordinance No
10 36 300, Prohibited Parking Areas - Northwest Auburn, the following
"3rd Street Northwest, both sides , beginning at the east
curb line of "D" Street Northwest to the intersecting center
line of North Division Street "
Section 4 There is herewith deleted from Auburn Codified City Ordinance
No 10 36 370, Fifteen-minute parking zones, the following
"3rd Street Northwest, north side beginning at a point
thirty-four feet west of the intersection of the west
curb line of North Division Street and the north curb
line of 3rd Street Northwest, thence west sixty-three
feet "
Section 5 There is herewith deleted from Auburn Codified City Ordinance
No 10 36 380 One--hour parking zones , the following
"3rd Street Northwest, north side beginning at a point
ninety-three feet east of the intersection of the north
curb line of 3rd Street Northwest and the east curb line
of "A" Street Northwest extended, thence west to the east
Burlington Northerri Railway right-of-way line "

Section 6 That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five
(5) days from and after its passage; approval and publication, as provided
by law
