AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN; WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE PLAT OF
CEDAR HOLLOW, TO THE CITY OF AUBURN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
THEREOF ON FILE WITH THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS
Section 1 That the Plat of Cedar Hollow to the City of Auburn, which
plat is on file with the City Clerk of the City of Auburn, Washington, and
which plat is a plat of the following described property, to-wit
The W 500 feet of the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the
NW' 1/4 of Sec 30, TWP 21 N , R 5 EWM, City of
Auburn, County of King , State of Washington
Section 2 That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn, be and
they are hereby. authorized and directed to sign a statement, written upon the
face of said plat, to the effect that said plat has been examined and approved
by this Ordinance
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force fi.ve (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law
