III. Approve April 28, 2016 Meeting Minutes (from Workshop)
- Not enough for a quorum.
IV. Review Budget Modifications
- Budgets were reviewed and discussed.
- Of the members that were present, a request was made to display the budget as
four columns: (1) 2016 Amended/Approved budget (2) 2016 Year-to-Date
(3) 2017 Budget (4) 2018 Budget.
V. Review & Approve 2016 Business Plan
- Not enough for a quorum.
VI. Update on 2016 Grant Activity
- Packets submitted by Grantees for reimbursement were made available at the
meeting for members to review.
- Discussed Upcoming Events
VII. Update on APEX
- Exhibits A & B, Scope of Work and Payment Schedule, were made available to the
members and discussed.
- Scope of work is in-line with goals stated in the LTAC Business Plan.
VIII. Review Staffing Job Description
- Job description for Tourism Coordinator was made available to the members and
discussed.
