I. CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Hurlbut called the meeting to order at 3:34 pm.
II. APPROVAL MINUTES: Approval of October 11, 2016 Civi)Service Commission meeting minutes.

III. ENTRY LEVEL POUCE OFFICER: Review and approval of the Entry Level Police Officer eligibility list.

IV. UPDATES/NEW BUSINESS: Julie updated the Commission on the Diversity and Recruitment Program and
informed them that a PR firm has been chosen. During the December meeting, Janelle Tarasewicz will
provide the commission with a full up update on the program.
V. ADJOURN: The meeting adjourned at approximately 3:37 p.m.
