III. Update on 2016 Grant Activity
May 13 – Art Walk, $1,102.50 reimbursed
May 21 – Petpalooza, $5,000.00 reimbursed
July 10 – Nostalgia Drag Race - Need more backup, $4,000
July 17 – Diesel Drags – Need more backup, $4,000
NOTE: Spoke with John, GM for the track, and he is aware of the documentation we
need in order to pay out their grant reimbursement request.
Aug 6&7 – 3on3 - Has not submitted for reimbursement as of 9/1/16 for $4,500
IV. Update on APEX
- Jill Boltman presented proposed timeline/scope for video, website, and ads.
V. Update on Staffing
- First and second rounds of interview(s) complete.
VI. Quorum now reached with Bob’s arrival. Approve April 28, 2016 Meeting Minutes (from
Workshop)
VII. NOTE: Notes were taken at June 9th meeting, not enough participation for a quorum. No
meeting held in July. Notes were taken at the August 11th meeting, not enough
participation from a quorum.
