VI. UPDATES/NEW BUSINESS:
a. Update on the automatic dis:qualifiers
b. Update on the Diversity and Recruitment Program:Janelle briefed the Commission on our
Diversity and Recruitment progrem.We have selected and begun working with a marketing fi�m.
They visited Auburn in ea�ly December and were able to spend time getting to know the City and
Auburn PD.At this point, they are building the framework for a formal messaging and recruitment
plan.
