A RESOL-UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE WASHINGTON
STATE LfQUOR CONTROL BOARD AS TO THE DISPOSITION OF A
LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION BY THE JADE HOUSE RESTAURANT.
WHEREAS, the Aupurn City Council has 6een notified by the
Washington State Liquor control Board of the opportunity to comment upon the
renewal of the liquor license for the Jade.House Restauranf; and
WHEREAS, as a .result of the nature, number and history of warnings
, and citations for Liquor Control Board food service rules violations by the
licensee, The Auburn City Counc'il submits to the Washington Liquor control
Board its recommendation that the liquor license application of the Jade House
Restaurant be amended to permit the sale of beer and wine only.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH
RESOLVES THAT:
Sect'ron 1_. The Auburn City Council has been notified by the
W�shington State Liquor Control Board of the opportunity to comment upon the I
renewal of the liquor license for the Jade House Restaurant.
Section 2. The Auburn Gity Counc'il submits #o the Washington State
Liquor Control Board its recommendation that the liquor license application of

Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such
administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of
this legislation.
