WHEREAS, Puget Sound Energy currently distributes electricity within the City of Auburn; and WHEREAS, the City of Aubum is making improvements and installing underground electrical distribution at the City of Auburn Golf course; and ,, WHEREAS, Puget Sound Energy (PSE) will pe installing the underground electrical service at the City of Auburn Golf Course; and WHEREAS, Puget Sound Energy is requesting an easement for the purpose of accessing, installation, alterations, changes, construction and maintenance on electrical services. _ NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES THAT: Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn are herewith authorized to execute an Underground Conversion Agreement with Puget - � Sound Energy to furnish and install electrical serviee on the City of Auburn Golf Resolution No.3400 November 28,2001 Page 1 Course. A copy of said Easement is attacfied hereto and denominated as Exhibit "A" and is attached hereto and incorporated by reference in this Resolution. Se.ction 2.
