A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO

EXECUTE AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH PUGET SOUND ENERGY
__
TO FURNISH AND INSTALL ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AT THE
CITY OF AUBURN GOLF COURSE.
WHEREAS, Puget Sound Energy currently distributes electricity within
the City of Auburn; and
WHEREAS, the City of Aubum is making improvements and installing
underground electrical distribution at the City of Auburn Golf course; and ,,
WHEREAS, Puget Sound Energy (PSE) will pe installing the
underground electrical service at the City of Auburn Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, Puget Sound Energy is requesting an easement for the
purpose of accessing, installation, alterations, changes, construction and
maintenance on electrical services.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH
RESOLVES THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn are herewith
authorized to execute an Underground Conversion Agreement with Puget

Course. A copy of said Easement is attacfied hereto and denominated as
Exhibit "A" and is attached hereto and incorporated by reference in this
Resolution.
Se.ction 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such
administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of
