A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3401

ADOPTED DECEMBER 17, 2001, TO AMEND THE MEETING
TIME FOR THE CITY COUNCIL PLANNING AND COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A
REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED HEREWITH RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 4(D) of City of Auburn Re.solution No. 3401, adopted
December 17, 2001,, is amended to change the meefing time of the City Council
Planning and Community Development Committee from 5:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
Section 2. All remaining provisions of Resolution No. 3401 shall remain
in force and effect.
Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such
administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this
resolution:
