2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,
DEDICATING A 20 FOOT EASTERLY PORTIAN OF GITY OF AUBURN WATER
3 DIVISION PROPERTY NORTH OF SOUTH 316TH STREET TO PROVIDE
RIGFIT-Of-41AY THEREON F'OR STREET PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, a partial right-of-way for 60th Avenue South ezists south of S.E..

O7 WHEREAS, MOUNTAIN VIEW PROPERTIES wishes to construct a 34 foot wide
� asphalt street on this right-of-way to provide access to their plat of West

� Be4erly Hill Division No. II north of S.E. 316th Street; and

pp WHEREAS, it is desirable to have the right-of-way of 60th Avenue South,

north and south of S.E. 316th Street align at the interesection of the two
11
streets; and

WHEREAS, MOUNTAIN VIEW PROPERTIES proposes to build said 34 foot wide
13
street with curb and gutter on b:oth sides and sidewalk on the east side at
14
their expense; and
15
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat of West Beverly Hill , Division No. II has
16
been so approved by the City Council of the City of Auburn.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A
18
REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWIIH RESOLVES THAT:

Section 1. There is herewith dedicated for street purposes from the
20
Auburn Water Division to the City of Auburn for street purposes the following
21
legally described property, to-wit:

That portion of the northeast quarter of the southvrest
23 quarter of Section 11, Township 21 North, Range 4 East of
the Willamette Meridian, King County, Washington, more
24 particularly described as follows:
25 Commencing at the southeast corner of the northeast quarter
of the southwest quarter of said subdivision: thence along
26 the east line thereof north 01-11-50 east 945.00 feet to a
27 point on a curve concaye to the southeast (the radius point
of said curVe bears S Oi-11-50 W 45.00 feet); thence along
the arc of said curve to the left a distance of 109.95 feet
28 to a point of reVerse curve, said curve having a central
angle of 139-59-41 and a radius of 45.00 feet: thence along
29 a curve to the right an arc distance of 21.81 feet to a
point of tangency, said curve having a central angle of
30 49-59-41 and a radius of 25.00 feet: thence south 01-11-50

the east Tine of the northeast quarter of the southwest

4 Section 2. Upon the passage and approVal of this Resolution the City of
