I. CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Hurlbut called the meeting to order at 3:31 pm.
II. APPROVAL MINUTES: Approval of August 8, 2017 Civil Service Commission meeting minutes.

III. ENTRY LEVEL POLICE OFFICER: Review and approval of the Entry Level Police Officer eligibility list.

V. UPDATES/NEW BUSINESS:
a. Police Services Specialist Openingc We had 93 candidates apply,63 of which met the minimum
qualifications.Those candidates were invited to take online clerical skills testing.41 candidates
completed the testing and ten (10) passed. Interviews are scheduled for the end of Septmeber.
