• .General Update Given to Couneil- Craig and;Daryl gave a council meeting

update regarding the cemetery. They tdlked abou,t:new pavement needed
and new mausoleum. The presentption went well and it w6s very positive. j

• EaSter Sunrise Service- The Annual Easter Sunrise was held with the Messiah •
LutMeran Chbrch again. Bleachers were broyght from porks and set up by the `,^,
6m Addifion. About 120'people dtfended. Cemetery provided coffee and "
donuts.

. Memorial Day Preparations- Preparatioq is in process. Conta,cting seouts, �
groups, VFW honor guards, saloist,:invites to,Mdyor and Council`,etc: Emails
have gone out. Bark, sand, topsoii and rock has been orderec! Cemetery
`workers have been busy.Sorrie groups have.volunfeered and spread,bark. �'
Scouts'will be doing the ffag placement on;Saturtlay:prior to Mem�orial.Day. �
Cemetery crew mows.all day on Friday in preparatiomof Memonal Day. These

groups are asked to bring brooms arid gloyes so,they can clean individual
markers. They,are divided into groups to piace fl6gs in different sections,
Placement of flags is from 9:00am#o about: 11:30am.,Cemetery,pro'vides hot-
dog lunch afterwards..Last year eemetery purchased a few knifes to do "
drqwing,for thescouts. Planning to,do gift;bags this year. About 50-60. ,
kieiween scouts; parents^and Ieaders.The aiso praetice for'the Monday `
