We realize the nnme, Donald Fdward 'Aright� is quite common, arri that there
is another person nith this name� in the City o£ Auburn. In fact� we believe
he li�es on M 5treet.
Mq husbarxi has no relatives (other than mine) 3n the citq. He has nevor
lived in the city�(altho I have)� sixi he has never had business� or has ever
knorrn anyone by the nume, A9ar�orie A, Wright.
I do not �eretaud what thia person� and the Jud�ement mentioned� has to
with us bi,�ying a piice of Frcoperty from the City of �luburn.
Zn Feb. 1960 we lived in Honolulu� Hswaii� and my husband was in the �rea
of Jepan� upon a subm�rine. In Ju].y� 1961 we lived in South San Francisao�
and onca again� my husband was aboard a submarine.
He is usually aboard a submarin8. But not for lonP, i ho e!
For the present time he cen be refered to� as USN (active�. After Febrnary
1965� his title will be USN (Ret.). YVith this title behind hia ��� we hope
no one will confuse us with the person now living in auburn.
At the �esent time � husband is oace again at sea aboard a sub�rine.
I do have his power of attorney� ancl if it is needed� I ca❑ tiave aa sffidavit
m%+de out to the effect that he is not the person mentioned in the Judgement.
