MINUTES
I. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Rich Wagner called the meeting to order at 4:04 p.m. in the
Conference Room No. 3 located on the second floor of Aubum Ciry Hall,
25 West Main Street, Auburn, Washington. THe meeting was originally
advertised to take place in 4he Council Conference Room; however, due
to a room scheduling conflict, the me.eting was moved to Room 3. Notice
of the location change was posted on the Council Conference Room door,
Members in attendance included Chair Rich Wagner, Vice Chair Sue
Singer and Member Gene Cerino. C.ity Attorney Daniel B. Heid and City
Clerk Danielle Daskam were also present,
II. RESOLUTION NO. 4467 — CITY COUNCIL RULES OF PROCEDURE
A Resolution of the Gity Council of the City of Auburn, Washington,
amending the City Counc'il Rules of Procedure as adopted by Ordinance
No. 5802 and amended by Resolufion No. 4282 and Resolu4ion No. 4429
Committee members reviewed Resolution No. 4467 and the proposed
amendments to the Councii Rules of Procedure as contained in the
agenda packet. Committe.e members agreed to include an additional
stat.ement in Sections 4.1, 4.2, and 4.3 to provide that the reason or
general description of the reason for a CouncilmembePs absence from a
meeting shall be referenced in the meeting minutes. City Attorney Heid
will develop the appropriate language and revise fhe Resolution
accordingly.
Motion by Vice Chair Singer, second by Member Cerino to forward
Resolution No. 4467 to th"e full Counc'il for consitleration.
MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. 3-0.
