Botting, his wife, dated September 10, 1943, for public street and highway purposes, for the purpose of extending Third Street !N. E. and L Street N. E. , in the City of Auburn. TI' CITY COUXCIL OF T IE CITY OF AUBURN DO ORDAIN A8 F0LLO'4''JS : Section 1. That that certain written deed of conveyance, dated September 10, 1943, wherein David A. Botting and Ruby S. Botting, his wife, are Grantors, and the City of Auburn is Grantee, and whereby the grantors therein convey and quit claim to the City of Auburn, for pub- lic street and highway purposes, and for such use only, two certain tracts of land situated in the City of Auburn, in the County of King, ,M ate of Voashington, particularly described as follows, to -wit: 1. Beginning at the Northwest corner of Block 5 in wench's Wirst Addition to the Town of Slaughter, as the same appears on the recorded plat thereof now of record in the County Aud- itor's Office in King County, Washington, in Volume 5 of Plats, at page 53, running thence easterly along the South- erly marginal line of Ivadison Street, as the same appears in said plat, a distance of 600 feet, mare or less, to the west- erly marginal line of Iv-, Street Y1. E. ( formerly named Char- lotte Ave.) in the City of ,Auburn, as said M Street N. E. now exists, thence northerly along said westerly marginal line a distance of Meet, thence westerly in a straight line a dis- tance of 600 feet, more or less, to the Southwest corner of block 2, as platted in said addition, thence south in straight line to the point and place of beginning, to become a part of Third Street N. E., in the City of Auburn. 2m Beginning at the Northwest corner of Block o in French's First Addition to the Town of Slaughter, as the same appears on the recorded plat thereof now of record in the County Auditor='s Office in King County, Washington, in. Volume 5 of Plats, at page 53, running thence westerly a distance of 60 feet, more or less, to the Northeast corner of Block 5 in said addition, thence southerly in a straight line a distance of 415 feet, more or less, to the Northeast corner of Lot 18 in Block 8 of said addition, thence easterly 60 feet, more or less, to the Northwest corner of Lot 10 in Block 7 of said addition, thence northerly in a straight line to the point and place of begin- ning, to become a part of L Street N. E., in the City of Auburn' and which deed of conveyance has been tendered by said David A. Botting and ruby S. Botting, his wife, to the City of Auburn, be and the same hereby is approved and accepted by the City of Auburn. Section 2. That the City Clerk be and he hereby is instructed to file said written deed of conveyance for record with the County Auditor of 'King County, vvashi ngton, and that the Iand so conveyed by said written deed of conveyance shall constitute continuations of Third Street N. E.. and L. Street N. E., respectively, in the City of Auburn.
