This RELEASE OF EASEMENT is executed by the City of Auburn, a Washington
Municipal, (the"City") as authorized by Auburn City Code (ACC) 12.04.050.
RECITALS:
1. As part of City of Auburn Ordinance Number 4983, the City of Auburn vacated
right-of-way but reserved a utility easement over, under and on the vacated right-of-way
crossing property in Auburn, Washington which is recorded under King County Recording
Number 9707230248.
2. River Rock land Co., LLC is the current owner of the Property and has requested that
the Easement be released.
3. The City has determined that the Utility Easement is in excess of City needs and
should be released.
RELEASE:
Grantor releases and forever abandons the Easement recorded under King County
Recording No. 9707230248.
