the City system, and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof is hereby

by these presents hereby convey, setover, assign, transfer and warrant to the

above conveyed;that they have full power to convey the same and that they will defend the

indemnify the City of Auburn for any costs, including Attorney fees in defending title.
