AMENDMENT # 2 TO AGREEMENT # AG-C-201 BETWEE.N
THE CITY OF AUBURN AND ROBINSON & NOBLE, INC.
RELATING TO MS755 WELL # 2 & 4 INVESTIGATION & REHABILITATION
THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this J.~ay of Oe-hJ!,.'!.-/
2003, by and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of
Washington (hereinafter referred to as the "CITY"), and Robinson & Noble, Inc.
(hereinafter referred to as the "CONSULTANT"), as an Amendment to the Agreement
between the partie~ for AG-C-201 executed on the 15th day of January 2003 and
amended on the i day of March 2003.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
1. CONTRACT TERM: There is no change to the date of termination.
2. SCOPE OF WORK: SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work is amended to include
the following tasks:
. Additional hours were required to finalize the technical report and revise the
construction drawings.
. Additional work required to design and direct repairs to Well 2 that WE~re not
previously anticipated.
3. COMPENSATION: The amount of this amendment is $732.50. The total contract
amount is increased to a total of $ 14,732.50.
REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: That all other provisions of the Agreement
between the parties for AG-C-201 executed on the 15th day of January 2003 and
amended on the ih day of March 2003, shall remain unchanged, and in full force and
effect.

THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this I~ day of ~~vfstati
2004, by and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of tHi State of
Washington (hereinafter referred to as the "CITY"), and Robinson & Noble, Inc.
(hereinafter referred to as the "CONSUL TANT") , as an Amendment to the Agreement
betwee~ the parties for AG-C-201 executed on the 15\~ day of January 200:3, amended
on the 7 h day of March 2003, and amended on the 15 day of October 200:1.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
1. CONTRACT TERM: The term of the Agreement for Professional ServicEls is
extended to December 31,2004.
2. SCOPE OF WORK: SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work is amended to include
the following tasks:
. The recommended rehabilitation program for Wells 6 and Braunwood should be
undertaken in at least three steps. The following proposed tasks should allow for
compete identification of any problems and still provide flexibility for possible
changes.
Task 1 (~2,500)
Review City files and production records to obtain a complete history of service for
each well. Visit the well sites to observe pumping and system operations.. Assist
the City in selecting a qualified drilling contractor. After the contractor removes
pumping apparatus from the wells, conduct video inspections of Well 6 and the
Braunwood Well prior to directing rehabilitation efforts.
Task 2 ($3,000l
Provide on-site inspection and supervision of repair and rehabilitation efforts. For
most of the work, a Robinson & Noble geologist would be on site one or two hours
daily and provide progress reports to the City. If extensive repairs are required, work
will be under the supervision of Chandler Ellis or Mike Krautkramer.
Task 3 ($2,500)
The work will be documented in the form of a letter report and revised construction
drawings where necessary. Recommendations for a pump size and placl9ment will
be made where necessary.

Video Inspection Services (~1 ,500)
Consultant will supply video inspection services to perform Task 1.
3. COMPENSATION: The amount of this amendment is $9,500.00. The total contract
amount is increased to a total of $24,232.50.
REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: That all other provisions of the Agreement
between the parties for AG-C-201 executed on the 15th day of January 2003, amended
on the yth day of March 2003, and amended on the 15th day of October 2003, shall
remain unchanged, and in full force and effect.
