I. CALL TO ORDER: Chair Harris called the meeting to order at 3:33 p.m.
II. APPROVAL MINUTES: Approval of December 10th, 2019 Civil Service Commission meeting minutes.
FIRST: Menke SECOND: Adamski CONCUR: Harris APPROVED
III. TRAINING on the Open Public Meeting Act(OPMA)and the Public Records Act(PRA):
Assistant City Attorney, Doug Ruth, provided training on the OPMA and the PRA for Board members.
IV. ENTRY LEVEL POLICE OFFICER: Review and approval of the Entry Level Police Officer Eligibility list.
(Completed Public Safety Testing after April 1, 2019)
FIRST: Adamski SECOND: Menke CONCUR: Harris APPROVED
V. LATERAL POLICE OFFICER: Review and approval of the Lateral Police Officer Eligibility list.
FIRST: Adamski SECOND: Menke CONCUR: Harris APPROVED
VI. POLICE COMMANDER: Review and approval of the Police Commander Eligibility list.
FIRST: Menke SECOND: Adamski CONCUR: Harris APPROVED
VII. UPDATES/NEW BUSINESS:
No update.
VIII. ADJOURN: The meeting adjourned at approximately 3:42 p.m.
