Right of Way Dedication - Legal Description
That portion of Lot 1, Block 19, Truitt's Third Addition to The Town of Auburn, according to the
plat thereof, recorded in Volume 20 of Plats, page 13, in King County, Washington, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1,thence, along the West line of said Lot 1, also
being the East margin of F Street SE (Elmer Street) South 01°27'49"East a distance of 9.82 feet;
Thence leaving said West line North 88°32'11" East a distance of 3.50 feet;
Thence parallel with said West line North 01°27'49" West a distance of 1.95 feet to a tangent
curve to the right having a radius of 4.50 feet (the radius center bears North 88°32'11" East);
Thence Northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 89°40"59" an arc distance of
7.04 feet;
Thence North 87°46'32" East a distance of 2.17 feet
Thence North 01°10'48" West a distance of 3.26 feet to the North line of said Lot 1 also being
the South margin of 4th Street SE (North Street);
Thence along said North line South 89°00'34" West a distance of 10.16 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
