THISr AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of
, 2020, by and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the
State of Washington (hereinafter referred to as the "CITY"), and FEHR & PEERS, INC.
(hereinafter referred to as the"PROVIDER"). The City and Provider agree to amend the
Agreement AG-C-495 executed on the 1st day of May 2017.
The changes to the Agreement are described as follows:
1. COMPENSATION: The amount of this amendment is $45,000.00. As total compensation
for the Provider's performance of the services provided based on this Amended Agreement,
the City shall pay the Provider fees and costs not-to-exceed $95,000.00.
REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: All other provisions of the Agreement between the parties
for AG-C-495 executed on the 1St day of May 2017, shall remain unchanged, and in full force
and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the day and
year first above written.

FOR ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT NO: AG-C-495 TASK AMENDMENT NO: AGC495-T007-A1

The general provisions and clauses of the Task Assignment and Agreement referenced above shall be
in full force and effect for this Task Assignment Amendment.
Location of Project: Various Locations In Auburn
Maximum Amount Payable per this Task Assignment: The amount of this amendment is $10,740.00.
The total task assignment amount is increased to $45,500.00.
Scope of Work:
The scope of work is amended to include the following tasks: See Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and
by this reference made part of this Amendment.
All other terms and conditions of On-Call Professional Services Agreement No. AG-C-495 shall remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.

Exhibit A
FEHR ' PEERS
AUBURN LOCAL ROAD SAFETY PLAN SCOPE
Assumptions:
• Each deliverable will first be submitted to the City in draft form after which the City will review
and provide up to one round of comments. Fehr & Peers (Consultant) will subsequently
incorporate and address the comments to the City's satisfaction and then finalize and submit
the deliverable to the City. For each draft work product for which comments are provided by
the City, the Consultant will meet with the City over the phone to resolve the comments. The
Consultant will meet with the City in person two times, including the kick-off meeting.
• Note: Tasks 1-7 are organized to match WSDOT's seven steps of the Local Road Safety Plan.'
• The City will provide the Consultant with the following GIS data:
o Roadway segments feature class(includes number of lanes,speed limit,and roadway
classifications)
o Crash database (Data imported from SECTOR and utilized by the City for crash
analysis)
o Land-use feature class
• The City will provide the Consultant with its latest (2019) ADT counts collected on Arterial
and Collector streets.
TASK 7. DEVELOP A PRIORITIZED LIST OF PROJECTS
Task 7.1: Draft and Final Plan
The Consultant will develop a Local Road Safety Plan based on the findings from work conducted
under Task 1 through Task 6. The Plan will present identified existing safety conditions, collision
patterns, priority project locations, and a prioritized list of projects.
City staff will take the lead on plan adoption, if the plan is adopted by Council.
