The Contractor is hereby directed to make the changes to the Contract as described herein. This document and all attachments are a
supplement to the contract. All work,materials,measurements and unit bid prices for the type of construction involved shall be in
accordance with the contract documents of the above named project unless stated otherwise in this change order.
Summary of Proposed Changes:
1. ADD pay item No. CO2-1,Miscellaneous Utility Conflicts Water,by force account as provided in Section 1-09.6,for
additional Work associated with unforeseen underground utility conflicts during the water main installation along 2nd Street
NE and 3rd Street NE,on Auburn Way North.The other added Work associated with this change will be paid by utilizing
existing Contract Bid items. No additional days will be added for this work.
2. ADD pay item No. CO2-2,Miscellaneous Utility Conflicts Storm, by force account as provided in Section 1-09.6,for additional
Work associated with unforeseen underground utility conflicts during the storm main installation at the intersection of 2nd
Street SE and Auburn Way South.The other added Work associated with this change will be paid by utilizing existing
Contract Bid items.No additional days will be added for this work.
The Contract time is extended by 0 working days.
