OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, MODIFYING AUBURN CODIFIED ORDINANCE NO. 8.18.010 (Sidewalks Reserved to Use by Pedestrians) TO PERMIT BICYCLES ON THE SIDEWALK. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS.: Section 1 . Auburn Codified Ordinance No. 8.18.010 be amended to read as follows: "All sidewlaks in the public streets , alleys and places in the City of Auburn, for the full width thereof, are exclusively for the use of pedestrians,, and shall be used for no other purpose whatsoever except as hereinafter provided and except for the use of bicycles. " Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be enforced five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
