AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING AUBURN CODIFIED
ORDINANCE NO. 8.18.050 (Chapter Subject to Provisions
of Building Code) TO PROVIDE A REFERENCE TO THE LATEST
EDITION OF THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . Auburn Codified Ordinance No. 8.18.050 be amended to
refer to the 1973 Edition of the Uniform Building Code instead of the 1967
Edition.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be enforced five
(5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided
by law.

of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation and Code City, situate in the County of King,
State of Washington, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of ORDINANCE No. 2984 of the ordinances of the City of Auburn,
entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING AUBURN CODIFIED
ORDINANCE NO. 8.18.050 (Chapter Subject to Provisions of Building Code) TO PROVIDE
A REFERENCE TO THE LATEST EDITION OF THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE."
I further certify that said Ordinance No. 2984 was duly passed by the Council
and approved by the Mayor of the said City of Auburn and published as provided by
law in the Auburn Globe News, a weekly newspaper published in the City of Auburn, and
of general circulation therein, on the 18th day of March , A.D. , 1976
