A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE PURCHASES BETWEEN THE CITY OF
AUBURN AND CDW-G FOR MICROSOFT SURFACE
COMPUTERS AND PERIPHERALS; AND DELL FOR
MONITORS
WHEREAS, the City needs technological resources to enable City staff to be
mobile during emergency situations like COVID-19; and
WHEREAS, CDW-G and DELL can provide these resources from a state contract
to minimize costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,
RESOLVES as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is authorized to execute purchases between the City and
CDW-G and DELL, in the amount of$174,315.69.
Section 2. The Mayor is authorized to implement those administrative
procedures necessary to carry out the directives of this Resolution.
Section 3. This Resolution will take effect and be in full force on passage and
signatures.
