AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES AG-S-119
RELATING TO AIRPORT SECURITY SERVICES
THIS AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the
CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington (hereinafter referred to
as the "CITY"), and Always on Guard Security Services, LLC (hereinafter referred to as the
"PROVIDER"). The City and Provider agree to amend the Agreement AG-S-119 executed on
the 10th day of January 2020.
The changes to the Agreement are described as follows:
1. CONTRACT TERM: The term of the Agreement for Professional Services is extended to
December 31, 2021.
2. COMPENSATION: The City agrees to pay the contractor $460.00 per month, except for the
month of July for which the City will pay an additional charge of $150.00 for extra services
related to the Emerald Downs 4th of July fireworks show. As total compensation for the
Provider's performance of the services provided based on this Amended Agreement, the
City shall pay the Provider fees and costs not-to-exceed $5,670.00 for the year 2021.
REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: All other provisions of the Agreement between the parties
for AG-S-119 executed on the 10th day of January, 2020, shall remain unchanged, and in full
force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the day and
year first above written.
