AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES AG-C-494
RELATING TO PROJECT NO. ON-CALL SCADA SUPPORT
THIS AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the
CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington (hereinafter referred to
as the "CITY"), and Parametrix, Inc (hereinafter referred to as the "PROVIDER"). The City and
Provider agree to amend the Agreement AG-C-494 executed on the 1st day of March 2017.
The changes to the Agreement are described as follows:
1. CONTRACT TERM: The term of the Agreement for Professional Services is extended to
December 31, 2021.
2. COMPENSATION: The fee schedule is revised per Exhibit B3 which is attached hereto and
by this reference made a part of this amendment.
REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: All other provisions of the Agreement between the parties
for AG-C-494 executed on the 1st day of March 2017 shall remain unchanged, and in full force
and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the day and
year first above written.

Operating hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
After hours and Saturdays are billed at 1.5 times the hourly rate
Sundays and Holidays are billed at 2 times the hourly rate
**4 Hour Minimum on Service Calls & Repairs including 2-way travel time**
