RECITALS: 1. As part of the City's approval of the vacation of a portion of Iowa Drive under Ordinance No. 6008 on March 20, 2006, the City retained a Utilities Easement Easement") within the vacated right-of-way, which is recorded under King County Recording No. 20060406000310. 2. King County Solid Waste Division ("King County") is the current owner of Parcel No. 3751601414, legally described on Exhibit A (the "Property"). The Property includes a portion of the Easement created with the vacation of Iowa Drive. King County has requested that the Easement be released to allow construction of King County's South Transfer Station for solid waste. 3. The City has determined that the portion of the Easement on the Property is in excess of City needs and should be released.
