MINUTES
I. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Pro Tern Bill Petersen called the meeting to order at 10:01 a.m. via our Zoom
Videoconferencing call.
Members present on the Zoom call included Chair Pro Tern Bill Petersen, Member
•
Stan Laatsch, Member Bob Baggett, and Member Chris Stearns. Also present was
Board Secretary Terry Mendoza and City Staff Attorney Doug Ruth. Chair Jim Kelly
was excused due to technical difficulties.
II. AGENDA MODIFICATIONS
There were no agenda modifications.
III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. Minutes of the November 3, 2020 LEOFF Board Meeting*
Motion by Member Baggett to approve the minutes as published. Second by
Member Laatsch.

$429.72 for long-term care services received September 1 through
September 30, 2020.
Motion by Member Baggett to approve the claims as submitted.
Second by Member Laatsch.

Request for reimbursement of medical expenses in the amount of
$80.00 for services received on November 17, 2020.
Motion by Member Laatsch to approve the claim as submitted.
