HomeMy WebLinkAboutSecond Amandment to Lease with Feenix Parkside LLC SECOND AMENDMENT TO LEASE This AMENDMENT TO LEASE("Amendment") is made and entered into effective as of July 9 , 2Q2`1., by and between FEENIX PARKSIDE LLC, a Washington limited liability company,t("Landlord"), and CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,a Washington municipal corporation("Tenant"). RECITALS: A. Landlord and Tenant entered into that certain Lease dated as of_January 31,2020_ (the "Lease") pursuant to which Landlord leased to Tenant and Tenant leased from Landlord certain"Premises,'as described in the Lease, known as the suites located at 2802 & 2806-2818 Auburn Way North,Auburn WA 98002. B. Ont February 12, 2020 the First Amendment to the Agreement was entered into establishing the Confirmation of Dates and setting the Commencement Date. C. Except as otherwise set forth herein, all capitalized terms used in this Amendment shall have the same meaning as given such terms in the Lease. D. Landlord and Tenant desire to amend the Lease to correct the suite numbers included in this Lease. NOW, THEREFORE,in consideration of the foregoing Recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein,land for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of 1 which are hereby acknowledged,the parties hereto agree as follows: 1. In Summary Section 6.1 "Premises"and Recital "A"of Exhibit E: Suite numbers"2802,2806—2818"are replaced with "2802 2820". All other terms and conditions in this Lease as amended remain the same.
