Ray of Hope Day Shelter THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this 31 day ofi , 2021, by and between the CITY OF AUBURN,a municipal corporation of the State of ashington("City"), and THE AUBURN FOOD BANK, a Washington nonprofit corporation ("Subtenant"), as an amendment to the Sublease Agreement between the parties for the operations of the Ray of Hope Day Shelter. RECITALS: 1. The City of Auburn and the Auburn Food Bank entered into a Sublease Agreement for approximately 1,960 commercial space located at 2806-A, dated December 22,2020. 2. This Second Amendment is necessary to correct the Premises address of the Subtenant, which is an administrative update to the Sublease and does not change any substantive term. 3. Section 22.6 permits the parties to modify the Sublease by written amendment, mutually executed.
