I. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Jim Kelly called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. via our Zoom
Videoconferencing call.
Members present on the Zoom call included Chair Jim Kelly, Chair Pro Tern Bill
Petersen, Member Bob Baggett, and Member Chris Stearns. Also present was
Board Secretary Terry Mendoza, and City Staff Attorney Doug Ruth. Member Stan
Laatsch was excused.
II. AGENDA MODIFICATIONS
Claim for LEOFF Member#444135 was added to the agenda under Item V.B.g.
III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. Minutes of the October 6, 2020 LEOFF Board Meeting*
Motion by Chair Pro Tem Petersen to approve the minutes as published.
Second by Member Baggett.

a. Fire LEOFF Representative Election*
Board Secretary Mendoza reported that only one nomination was
received from current Fire Representative, Bill Petersen. As such,
Chair Pro Tern Petersen will continue to serve on the LEOFF Disability
Board as the Fire Representative through December 31, 2022.
VI. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned at
10:15 a.m.
