THE CITY OF AUBURN AND ARCHITECTS BCRA-TSANG
RELATING TO C220A, CITY HALL/PARKS MOVE
THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this~b~ay of ~(~1~)0~¥~_ 2003, by
and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington
(hereinafter referred to as the "CITY"), and Architects BCRA-Tsang (hereinafter referred to as
the "CONSULTANT',), as an Amendment to the Agreement between the parties for AG-C-183
executed on the 12th day of June 2002, amended by agreement dated 6th day of January 2003,
amended by agreement dated 22nd day of April 2003, and amended by agreement dated 14th day
of July 2003.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
1. CONTRACT TERM: The term of the Agreement for Professional Services is extended to
December 31, 2003.
2. SCOPE OF WORK: There is no change in the scope of work.
3. COMPENSATION: There is no change to the amount authorized in the original agreement.
REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: That all other provisions of the Agreement
between the parties for AG-C-183 executed on the 12th day of June 2002 amended hy agreement
dated 6th day of January 2003, amended by agreement dated 22nd day of April 2003, and
amended by agreement dated 14th day of July 2003, shall remain unchanged, and in full force
and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the day
and year first above written.
