AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES AG-C-531 RELATING TO ON-CALL MATERIALS TESTING/INSPECTION THIS AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington (hereinafter referred to Material Testing & Consulting, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the . The City and Provider agree to amend the Agreement AG-C-531 executed on the 3rd day of December 2020. The changes to the Agreement are described as follows: 1. CONTRACT TERM: The term of the Agreement for Professional Services is extended to December 31, 2023. 2. COMPENSATION: The fee schedule is revised per Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and by this reference made part of this Agreement. REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: All other provisions of the Agreement between the parties for AG-C-531 executed on the 3rd day of December 2020, shall remain unchanged, and in full force and effect.
