A .A pproval of May 26th, 2022 Minutes A pproval of minutes from May 26, 2022 – Motion to approve by Member P ark; Second by Member S andate. Motion passed. Director Hinman informed the council that we received some potential members from an invitation the A uburn High S chool leadership class. ii. Chair Menzia mentioned that the group could focus on building out the advisory committee B .Team Building Page 1 of 2Page 2 of 3 i. Chair Menzia asked for the group to plan a team building activity and asked for suggestions C.NL C Travel in 2023 B udget is $13,000.00 for 4 J unior Council Members and 1 Chaperone i. Chair Menzia gave background to the council on traveling to Washington, D.C. for the annual National L eague of Cities in March 2023 D.S election of Chair and Vice Chair P osition i. Council selection of chair and vice chair is tabled until the October 13 meeting E .Update from Deputy Mayor J eyaraj ii.
