Chair Menzia requested an amendment to the “Consent Agenda” to read
“Consent Agenda are considered by the J UNIOR City Council” Motion
to amend: Vice Chair Mulenga; S econd Member S andate. Motion passed.
A pproval of minutes from October 20, 2022 – Motion to approve by
Member L ueck; S econd by Member Helms. Motion passed.

perspective schools to encourage students to apply for the A J C C or the
