RELATING TO C214A LAKELAND HILLS AND
EAST VALLEY HIGHWAY TRAFFIC SIGNAL
THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this _~'~'~day of ~Zz~/.z2~-~ 2003,
by and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of
Washington (hereinafter referred to as the "CITY"), and Perteet Enclineerin.q, Inc.
(hereinafter referred to as the "CONSULTANT"), as an Amendment to the Agreement
between the parties for AG-C-178 executed on the 4th day of April 2002.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
1. CONTRACT TERM: The term of the Agreement for Professional Services is
extended to November 30, 2003.
2. SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work is amended to include the following tasks:
A. Project Management and Coordination
Attend one meeting with the City.
Coordinate with sub-consultants.
B. Data Collection
Collect data for existing foundation casings by using tape measure to locate in
reference to other features. Data collection will include location of adjacent
sidewalk, curbs, utilities and right-of-way from field measurements. The City will
provide utility markings, right-of-way lines and depth of adjacent underground
utilities.
C. Structural Design
Provide stamped structural engineering sketches for signal pole foundat~ions for light
standards 1 and 3. Design around any interference to local gas lines and telephone
utilities.
3. COMPENSATION: The amount of this amendment is $1900.00. The total contract
amount is increased to a total of $25,000.
REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: That all other provisions of the Agreement
between the parties for AG-C-178 executed on the 4th day of April 2002, shall remain
unchanged, and in full force and effect.
