AMENDMENT # 5 TO AGREEMENT # AG-C-183 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF AUBURN AND ARCHITECTS BCRA-TSANG
RELATING TO C220A, CITY HALLIPARKS MOVE

(hereinafter referred to as the "CITY"), and Architects BCRA- Tsang ( ereinafter referred to as
the "CONSULTANT"), as an Amendment to the Agreement between the parties fol' AG-C-183
executed on the 12th day of June 2002, amended by agreement dated 6th day of Janu~ 2003,
amended by agreement dated 22nd day of April 2003, amended by agreement dated:l4 day of
July 2003, and amended by agreement dated 25th day of November 2003.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
1. CONTRACT TERM: The term of the Agreement for Professional Services is extended to
January 30, 2004.
2. SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work is amended to include the following tasks:
Conceptual Design Services for Upper 2nd Floor Lobby:
1. Programming meeting.
2. Conceptual furniture plan. Conceptual furniture plan will show locations of Arts
Commission display, new seating area and tabletop work area.
3. Conceptual furniture selection. Furniture cutsheets will be provided showing
furnishings used for the conceptual furniture plan.
4. Produce research for Arts Commission display. Includes research for product to use
to best accomplish both display and visual access between departments located on
opposite sides of the Lobby.
5. Conceptual Arts Commission display design. Concept will be shown ei~her using
manufacturer cutsheets or with an elevation.
6. Conceptual way finding design. Concept will show best location for sign in sheet for
the Permit Center.
3. COMPENSATION: The amount of this amendment is $2,500.00. The total contract amount
is increased to a total of $37,404.50.
REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: That all other provisions of the Agreement
between the parties for AG-C-183 executed on the 12th day of June 2002 amended by agreement
dated 6th day of January 2003, amended by agreement dated 22nd day of April 2003, amended
by agreement dated 14th day of July 2003, and amended by agreement dated 25th day of
November 2003, shall remain unchanged, and in full force and effect.
