ADD pay item CO1 (O St NE Side Sewer Repair) to the Contract, which shall include all costs to excavate and repair
portions of a side sewer connection within the right-of-way located at 313 O Street NE as identified in the attached map. All
work will be tracked via Force Account. Contract time will be extended 5 working day for this work.
Counterparts: This agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be one and the same Agreement
and shall become effective when one or more counterparts have been signed by each of the parties and delivered to the other
party.
Washington State Sales Tax (10.2%) on applicable items
This change order constitutes full and complete compensation for all labor, equipment, materials, overhead, profit, any and all
indirect costs, and time adjustment to perform the above described changes. All other costs are non-compensable. All other
terms and conditions of the Contract remain unchanged.
