THE CITY OF AUBURN AND MACDONALD-MILLER FACILITY SOLUTIONS, INC.
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES AG-S-117
RELATING TO HVAC REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE
THIS AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the
CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington (hereinafter referred to
as the “CITY”), and MACDONALD-MILLER FACILITY SOLUTIONS, INC. (hereinafter referred
to as the “PROVIDER”). The City and Provider agree to amend the Agreement AG-S-117
executed on the 26th day of November 2019.
The changes to the Agreement are described as follows:
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES: See Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and by this reference
made part of this Amendment
2. COMPENSATION: The amount of this amendment is $854.00 plus Washington State sales
tax of $87.10 for a total increase of 941.10. As total compensation for the Provider’s
performance of the services provided based on this Amended Agreement, the City shall pay
the Provider fees and costs not-to-exceed $177,417.58 in 2023. See Exhibit A, which is
attached hereto and by this reference made part of this Agreement.
REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: All other provisions of the Agreement between the parties
for AG-S-117 executed on the 26th day of November 2019 shall remain unchanged, and in full
force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the day and
year first above written.
