A pproval of minutes from J anuary 12th, 2023 – Motion to approve by vice
chair Mulenga; Second by Member Ghein. Motion passed.

Travel has been booked, travel form are completed and need signatures, and forms for
parents need to be signed.
A irline has been booked and packets signed, will wait, J on already has.
Food stipend will be issued before leave.

K iesha Taylor - Would J unior Council want to partner with Youth Council to host a Hot
Dog S tand at Parks Events for fundraising?

I nterested in hosting a Hot-Dog S tand with the A uburn Youth Council,
would like more details.
W ill reach out to Melissa Bailey to schedule some time to work on session
session goals by J une.

Council meeting lon J anuary 27th, 2023 Waylon Menzia was reappointed.
A ppointment process was discussed.
New Councilmember Cheryl Rakes wad appointed to position #1.
D M will make sure A J C C will gets an invite to the ceremony
