THE CITY OF AUBURN AND WASHINGTON APPRAISAL SERVICES INC
RELATING TO PR562, SOUTH 277 STREET RECONSTRUCTION
APPRAISAL SERVICES
THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this day of 2004,
by and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal ~-'{-poration of the Stale of
Washington (hereinafter referred to as the "CITY"), and Washington Appraisal Services
Inc (hereinafter referred to as the "CONSULTANT"), as an Amendment to the
Agreement between the parties for AG-C-213 executed on the 15th day of ,October
2003 and amended on the 26th day of December 2003.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
1. CONTRACT TERM: There is no change in the term of the Agreement.
2. SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work is amended to include more time for trial
appraisal services for the PR562 S 277th Street Reconstruction Project.
3. COMPENSATION: The amount of this amendment is $4,900.00. The total contract
amount is increased to a total of $24,900.00.
REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: That all other provisions of the Agreement
between the parties for AG-C-213 executed on the 15th day of October 2003 and
amended on the 26th day of December 2003, shall remain unchanged, and in full force
and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the
day and year first above written.
