AMENDMENT #5 TO AGREEMENT # AG-C-185 BETWEEI~
THE CITY OF AUBURN AND INTEGRUS ARCHITECTURE RELATING TO
C203 AUBURN STATION GARAGE
THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this ~y Of~_ 200Z
by and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation the State of
Washington (hereinafter referred to as the "CITY"), and Integrus rchitectum
(hereinafter referred to as the "CONSUL TANT"), as an Amendment to the A9reement
between the parties for AG-C-185 executed on the 24th day of January 200:2, and
amended by two agr~ements dated 26th day of January 2002, and amended by
agreement on the 10 day of April 2002, and amended by agreement on the! 22nd day
of April 2003.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
1. CONTRACT TERM: The term of the Agreement for Professional ServicE's is
extended to December 31, 2004.
2. SCOPE OF WORK: There is no change in the scope of work.
3. COMPENSATION: There is no change to the amount authorized in the original
agreement.
REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: That all other provisions of the AgrE!ement
between the parties for AG-C-185 executed on the 26th day of January 2002, shall
remain unchanged, and in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the
day and year first above written.

amended by two agreements dated 26th day of January 2002, and amended by
agreement on the 10th day of April 2002, and amended by agreement on the 22nd day
of April 2003, and amended by agreement on the 15th day of June 2004, shall remain
unchanged, and in full force and effect.
