AMENDMENT # 2 TO AGREEMENT # AG-C-188 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF AUBURN AND NICHOLS CONSULTING ENGINEERS, CHTD
RELATING TO C218A, STREET ASSET MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this J! day of
2004, by and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation the State of
Washington (hereinafter referred to as the "CITY"), and Nichols Consulting Engineers,
Chtd. (hereinafter referred to as the "CONSUL TANT") , as an Amendment to the
Agreement between the parties for ~G-C-188 executed on the 26th day of June 2002
and amended by agreement dated 7 h day of April 2003.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
1. CONTRACT TERM: The term of the Agreement for Professional Services is
extended to September 30,2004.
2. SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work is amended to include the following task:
. Consultant is to prepare and deliver additional maps and information for the
Local Street Program.
3. COMPENSATION: The amount of this amendment is $10,000.00. The total
contract amount is increased to a total of $89,365.00.
REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: That all other provisions of the Agreement
between the parties for AG-C-187 executed on the 26th day of June 2002 and
amended by agreement dated 7th day of April 2003, shall remain unchanged, and in full
force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the
day and year first above written.
