MINUTES
I. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Jim Kelly called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. in the Council
Conference Room located at Auburn City Hall, 25 West Main Street in Auburn.
Chair Kelly and Member Roger Thordarson were present. Also present were
Board Attorney Stephen King and Board Secretary Danielle Daskam. Finding no
quorum present, Chair Kelly paused the meeting for ten minutes to ascertain
whether additional Board members would be in attendance. At 10:10 a.m.,
finding no quorum present, Chair Kelly adjourned the meeting to meet November
20, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Conference Room.
