Roger Cambell Gary Miller John Gallo Tom Matson Jamelle Garcia Cal Hunzicker Ron Wanttaja Michael Shipman Shelly Coleman (City of Auburn) Since ot enough members were present to have quorum no official business was conducted. A general open discussion included conversations regarding: Fuel Pricing: Garcia said that its still high but has dropped .51 cents since last delivery offue!. Next load should be a large difference. The limitation on the equipment is that the price only reaches 3.99 per gallon and then must be covered up and calculated through the computed terminal, as most airports now operate. The equipment is extremely outdated most operations have pumps with onloff switches and displayed gallons. Property Development; Discussions were made regarding the proposal of Cal Hunzicker and Cascade Helicopters for property development. It was brought up that both parties wish to have the same property. Appraisal ofthe airport: Appraiser selected and work to begin first week of October 2005. Commercial operations in City owned hangars: Garcia stated that a policy would need to be set in place for the hangars at the north end for commercial operations. Needed to be addressed was the power, garbage, basic utilities that normally a business would endure. Hunzicker asked if the city could move the business hangars next to each other making it easier to place meters and utilities in the same area. Garcia stated that the last electrician gave an estimate of around S5,000. Coleman stated that the city would have to recapture the cost through rent increases. Instrument Approach: Garcia said that a garbled e-mail was sent out and a power problem was happening at center, the rest of the e-mail was indistinguishable. FAA to be contacted by Shelley Coleman. Garcia said we might need to make a congressional inquiry. Minimum Standard report: Currently in legal and municipal services for commits and back to committee. Header beares: Beams are to be replaced by the City without testing any of them. The money saved could go towards replacing the beams. REIL: Install still on schedule for the end of September possibly first week in October along with the wind cone and Super Unicorn stated Shipman, but all depends upon weather. Auto traffic: Garcia said the traffic has diminished and the word is getting out regarding not driving on the taxiways without proper authorization. Still having problems with actual enforcement.. Future airport projects will be the re-signing of badly worn out airport signs, both the perimeter and inside the fence. Park and Ride property still going through the appraisal portion with King County. Gallo brought up the fuel prices and passed out figures and paperwork stating that other airports have lower prices and why can't Auburn be the same. Coleman stated that the airport would be happy to give the invoices and price structures if they would like. Both Gallo and Miller nodded their heads and said yes. Up to six months was suggested. Respectfully submitted by, Jamelle R. Garcia On behalf ofthe City of Auburn
