Approval of minutes- There not being a quorum the minutes were not approved.
Old Business
Mr. Garcia gave a report on the status of the instrument approach procedure for the Auburn airport. Notice has been
received from the FAA that the instrument approach is scheduled for publication on October 25, 2007. Mr. Garcia
received a letter from Oklahoma City FAA Air Traffic division requesting the approach be published by NOAA.
Repairs to hangar rows 9 and 10. Still waiting for the request for bids to be prepared and then move forward with
selection from small works roster.
Reid Middleton presented a number of options and explained the pros and cons of each. There were numerous
questions and comments that Reid Middleton said that in the phase will be taken into consideration. RM also
requested that anyone with any thoughts or comments they people thought of even after the meeting please call them
and handed out business cards to those interested.
Mr. Garcia reported that the rules and regulations and minimum operating standards for commercial operators'
resolution will presented to council for approval and signature of the Mayor. Once this resolution has been signed
by the Mayor for adoption the airport will post both documents on the web site and also mail a copy to each listed
tenant.
Jim Tinner, City of Auburn informed everyone of the change of addresses on some of the buildings and structures at
the airport.

Open discussion followed with numerous questions and comments.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 07:00 p.m.
