Called to order at 0800
Approval of minutes- First order of business was to approve June 2007 minutes. Motion was made,
seconded and was unanimously passed that the minutes of June 2007 meeting are approved at this time.
Old Business
Mr. Garcia gave a report on the status of the instrument approach procedure for the Auburn airport. Notice has been
received from the FAA that the instrument approach is scheduled for publication on October 25, 2007. Mr. Garcia
received a letter from Oklahoma City FAA Air Traffic division requesting the approach be published by NOAA.
Repairs to hangar rows 9 and 10. Still waiting for the request for bids to be prepared and then move forward with
selection from small works roster.
No update on the taxiway construction from Reid Middleton.
Mr. Garcia reported that the rules and regulations and minimum operating standards for commercial operators'
resolution was presented to council for approval and signature of the Mayor. Once this resolution has been signed
by the Mayor for adoption the airport will post both documents on the web site and also mail a copy to each listed
tenant.
The City of Auburn has changed the addresses on some of the buildings and structures at the airport. City of
Auburn Planning Department is tasked with the notification to the tenants/structures affected.
New Business
There was no new business.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 08:30 a.m.
