Motion was made, seconded and was unanimously passed that the minutes of October 16th, 2007 meeting are approved at this time. Old Business Mr. Garcia gave an update on the status of the instrument approach procedure for the Auburn airport. The approach became effective October 25, 2007. No issues have been discovered. Approaches have been authorized and completed. Hangar rows 9 and 10 still waiting for contractors to prepare the documents and the bid package to move forward with the repairs to hangar rows 9 and 10. Concern was expressed regarding the delays on the project now that winter weather is upon us. No update on the taxiway construction from Reid Middleton. Three alternative designs were presented A,B, and C. After review and discussion the AAB members all concurred that alternative C, the 245 foot offset to the runway appeared to be the best alternative. The AAB recommends that Alternative C be presented for consideration to the Mr. Garcia reported that he has been advised and Mr. Hunstock confirmed that the airport site location for a fire station is no longer being considered. Mr. Shipman reported on businesses being conducted out of condo association hangars and the insurance question regarding commercial operations. Current policy language does not cover commercial activities. Auburn Condo Hangar Association is researching their situation and will report. AMG will follow up with the individual hangar association and report. Mr. Garcia reported the AAB has expiring terms of advisory members, namely, Rodger Campbell, Matt Bauermiester and Tom Matson. New Business Mr. Garcia presented the proposed airport rates and fees for 2008. The rates proposed included a CPI adjustment and the final catching up to the market rent survey conduct in 2004. In a handout a survey of surrounding airport rates were included with the proposed 2008 rates and fees.
