Motion was made, seconded and was unanimously passed that the minutes of November 16th, 2007 meeting are approved at this time. Old Business Hangar rows 9 and 10 -Paul Berry is no longer lead contact on this project. The project has been transferred from Paul to the City facilities department. No update on the taxiway construction from Reid Middleton. Discussed that Alternative C was recommend from AAB to the City as the preferred option. Mr. Matson questioned what the bid cost; Mr. Garcia report that the FAA estimate of this project to be $2.4 million including the taxiway lighting. Mr. Shipman reported AMG sent out the City's requirement for insurance per the land lease agreement between City and Auburn Condo Hangar Association. Items included were general liability/commercial liability, fire, property damage and the City is to be named issued. Mr. Garcia reported the AAB has expiring terms of advisory members, namely, Rodger Campbell, Matt Bauermiester and Tom Matson. Mr. Matson agreed to a 3-year appointment. AMG is going to contact prospective AAB members and forward application to any interested individuals. Reviews of the proposed airport fees for 2008 were reviewed and AMG report that the City had approved the fee resolution with an effective date of 1/1/08. Notices to tenants of the increase were mailed November 22, 2007 giving the required advance notice. New Business Mr. Garcia and Mr. Shipman passed out proposed Aircraft Storage Permit, Aeronautical Business Permit, and Driver Vehicle Permit. Mr. Garcia report he had meet with Joe Beck, City of Auburn legal department and Mr. Beck had recommend the addition of two separate documents; Non-Commercial Hold Harmless and Commercial Hold Harmless as exhibits included in the above mentioned permits. Copies of the hold harmless were distributed to all members for their review and comments. Mr. Shipman reported that Mr. Boatz of B&C Quality Aircraft Maintenance has been issued a City of Auburn business license. Mr. Boatz was required to sign a waiver which outlined certain limitations on work pertormed. Mr. Garcia reported that no hangar flooding occurred during the December event. Ponds did fill up as designed. Water at the north end did cover the northern most taxiway, but never came with 15 feet of the hangars. Water subsided rapidly once the heavy rain decreased. Mr. Garcia reported that City and AMG staff took a tour and had a meeting with SEATAC airports storm water staff regarding the storm water retention system. Mr. Campbell asked when the upgrades or maintenance of the storm water were done, who is financially responsible? Mr. Garcia reported and Mr. Hunstock verified the funds would not be paid from the airport enterprise fund, but storm water fund.
